Wild Hive is a roguelite bee hive tycoon driven by a ruthless honey market.
Hatch workers, brew honey, and sell it well — because you owe the crown gold and each year they will expect more from your lowly hive!

What's in the demo

The demo is the full game frozen to its opening slice: the Breezy Fields biome on Worker difficulty, with a level cap of 10 — a good 30–60 minutes across a few quota runs, and the capped hive stays playable after that for as long as you like. Everything beyond the slice is visible but locked: 4 more biomes, 6 more Wax difficulties, 20 more levels, the RAX stock exchange, and Endless mode are waiting in the full game. Your demo save carries over.

Build Your Hive

Lay brood cells for your queen, raise honey silos, and shape the hex grid your colony lives in. Every silo type pushes the hive's temperature, humidity, and CO₂ — your floor plan is your climate control. Build it right and brew four varieties of honey; build it wrong and cook your own bees.

Forage or Starve

Send workers on nectar runs — every trip a bet on yield against the odds of coming home. Fields deplete as you strip them and refill with the seasons, so rotate your crews or fly home empty.

Play the Market

Honey has one price, and it never sits still. Ride the booms, dodge the crashes, and sell at the peak to clear the year's quota before winter runs out.

Defend the Queen

Wasps raid the hive. Workers drop everything and charge; you hire mercenary bees to hold the line. When the last defender falls, the wasps go for the Queen — and if she dies, so does the colony.

In the full game:

  • Hatch, feed, and put to work a swarm of autonomous bees — every one of them mortal.
  • Grow honey silos through 9 levels and 4 types to brew 4 varieties of honey.
  • Pin up to 3 Royal Seals a year — permanent modifiers that bend the rules of your run.
  • Trade shares in 5 rival hives and lease out your workforce on the RAX exchange.
  • Settle 5 biomes, reach level 30, then climb 7 tiers of Wax difficulty — or ignore the quota entirely in Endless mode.

Tell me what's broken

This demo exists to get better. If something confused you, dragged, or made you quit — I genuinely want to hear it in the comments. Blunt is fine; specific is gold. What you tell me here shapes the full game.
